| Client Company is a PR China start-up semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Backed by significant amounts of Silicon Valley venture capital funds and headed by former Silicon Valley executives, this company offers builds a line of state-of-the-art chip equipment. |
| Responsibilities: |
- In charge of building and running global product management team for CVD equipment.
- Closely work with director of technology and director of engineering.
- Responsible for global product management and technical marketing
|
| Requirements: |
- Master degree or higher.
- 5 years working experience in semiconductor equipment companies, focused on product management
- Team player. Able to coordinate and communicate with different function groups to deliver successful products.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.

| Compensation |
Ideal candidates come from North America or Japan. Will pay
- Total Compensation equal or exceeding present North American or Japanese take home compensation:
- Base -- Will structure salary payment in China in such a way that net take-home pay should be the same as candidate is presently receiving in base in the US.
- MBO bonus of 20 – 25% of base
- Stock options.
- Will relocate candidate from North America or Japan.
- Will provide health insurance.
