Client Company is a PR China start-up semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Backed by significant amounts of Silicon Valley venture capital funds and headed by former Silicon Valley executives, this company builds a line of state-of-the-art chip equipment.

| Responsibilities: |
- Manage Product Reliability related activities,
- Establish reliability methodology,
- Coordinate and manage reliability testing, with the support of engineering and product groups
- Provide documentation support.

| Requirements: |
- Engineering background in electronic or automotive equipment industry, with at least 3 years direct working experience in product reliability related position
- Familiar with product reliability testing methodology in hi-tech related industry, preferably semiconductor equipment or manufacturing (SEMI standards).
- Ability to interface with internal product groups and outside organizations with good personality, and communication skills in English. Chinese is a plus.
- Detail oriented.
- Minimum B.S. degree in engineering or science. M.S. degree preferred.
- Willing to relocate to Shanghai, China.

| Compensation |
Ideal candidates come from North America or Japan. Will pay
- Total Compensation equal or exceeding present North American or Japanese take home compensation:
- Base -- Will structure salary payment in China in such a way that net take-home pay should be the same as candidate is presently receiving in base in the US.
- MBO bonus of 20 – 25% of base
- Stock options.
- Will relocate candidate from North America or Japan.
- Will provide health insurance.
