Client Company is a PR China start-up semiconductor equipment manufacturer. Backed by significant amounts of Silicon Valley venture capital funds and headed by former Silicon Valley executives, this company builds a line of state-of-the-art chip equipment.
Position: Sr. RF/Plasma Engineer
Responsible for plasma source/RF system design for semiconductor equipment, PECVD /Etch.

| Requirements: |
- Strong background in principles of DC to UHF, microwave, electromagnetic field, analog and digital electrical signals.
- Prefer strong knowledge in principles of low temperature plasma discharges especially PECVD.
- Strong engineering experience in hands-on design, manufacture, trouble-shorting and reliability testing of plasma source/RF system for semiconductor plasma process reactors.
- Prefer engineering experience in plasma diagnostics for semiconductor plasma discharge reactor.
- Good English reading skill is required.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.
- Ph.D or MS in electrical engineering or plasma physics and engineering.

| Compensation: |
Ideal candidates come from North American or Japan. Will pay
- Total Compensation equal or exceeding present North American or Japanese take-home compensation:
- Base -- Will structure salary payment in China in such a way that net take-home pay should be the same as candidate is presently receiving in base in the US.
- MBO bonus of 20 – 25% of base
- Stock options.
- Will relocate candidate from North America or Japan.
- Will provide health insurance
