| The Position |
Implementation Project Manager
Location: Beijing (Relocation within China possible)
Primary Role:
Implementation Manager for China: Responsibility for managing the implementation and ongoing project activities in customer sites. He/she will co-ordinate between the Company Head Office, the client and the development teams. |
| Qualifications and Experience |
- 5+ years managing customers in a post-sales environment in the financial software market
- Proven experience in managing large product implementation projects at banks.

| Key Responsibilities |
- Build excellent relationships with existing customers,
- Management of teams and activities in customer’s venues.
- Develop and make presentations to Clients regarding products and services
Skills
- Experience working with international companies
- Experience in project management in software/IT companies
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Mandatory Language skills: Mandarin – mother tongue, English – high level
Knowledge
- Familiarity with or understanding of trade finance business and associated technology solutions (big advantage)
Attitudes
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivated
Education
- BA or BS degree or equivalent education – computers and/or business management

| Compensation |
- Target compensation is USD 32,400 – 38,400/year (2700 – 3200/month). However, will consider highly skilled individuals who exceed this range.
